The Toyota Prius is unlikely to ever be described as a sexy car and it knows it, which is what makes this self-deprecating advert so amusing.
Four inept bank robbers manage to outrun the police in the hybrid after their own vehicle is towed away in the 2016 commercial that aired during the Super Bowl.
The marque is happy to poke fun at the vehicle’s reputation in the hope people may consider it “stylish” and “fun to drive”, along with being environmentally friendly and efficient.
