Geneva takes virtual approach

Geneva Finance Ltd has announced its annual general meeting of shareholders is going virtual after the original event had to be postponed because of the current Covid-19 outbreak.

The meeting was originally due to take place on August 24 but the company was forced to change its plans after the country went into a lockdown following the discovery of a community case of the Delta variant of the virus.

In an announcement to the NZX, it says the annual event will now be held online at 2pm on Wednesday, September 15.

Shareholders can take part in the meeting online through the link, www.virtualmeeting.co.nz/gfl21.

Geneva notes that shareholders attending and participating in the meeting via the virtual platform will be able to vote and ask questions.
