The model-year 2024 Silverado 2500 HD has arrived down under. It’s more powerful than ever, and features a swathe of enhancements with a focus on towing, technology and comfort.

With uncompromising towing capability, the Chevrolet is being touted as the strongest and most capable Silverado available in New Zealand and Australia.

“With several updates, the HD comes with developments that build on its established heavy-duty truck versatility,” says Shawn Norwood, lead development engineer for the model.

“These include powertrain upgrades, a commanding physical presence paired with an overhauled interior, enhancements to its revolutionary trailering technology and infotainment system, plus active-safety technology upgrades.”

The new HD joins other Silverado models available at GMSV dealers, including the 1500 LTZ Premium and 1500 ZR2.

“These models can more than hold their own when it comes to touring and towing, but the 2500 HD is the truck you need when you want to get a big job done,” says Jess Bala, managing director of GM Australia & New Zealand. “It amplifies power, performance and functionality.

“The HD is an even more attractive proposition for people who need the capability and functionality that drives them from the weekly worksite right through to
big weekend activities.”

The recommended retail price for the 2024 Chevrolet Silverado 2500 HD in New Zealand is $175,000, including GST, before applying any statutory charges and dealer delivery fees.
