Group launches servicing and repairs with a new look for on-the-road service.

Turners rebrands My Auto Shop

Turners Automotive Group has rebranded My Auto Shop as Turners Servicing & Repairs, marking a step forward in its strategy to simplify servicing.

The rebrand follows the company’s recent acquisition of a 50 per cent stake in My Auto Shop, a fast-growing digital platform known for its mobile car servicing and customer-first approach. 

“We’ve found that busy Kiwis value the ease and convenience of having a mechanic come to them and have really embraced this service,” says Richard Wafer, chief executive officer of Turners Servicing & Repairs. 

“My Auto Shop has already had more than 3,800 Google reviews and we’ve achieved a 4.9 rating. 

“This reflects the trust our customers place in us and the high level of service we’re able to offer across a wide range of jobs, from servicing to repairs. Having the Turners brand on the service will help us tell this story even better.”

The newly branded Turners Servicing & Repairs mobile service allows customers to book a mechanic to go to their home or workplace with fixed upfront pricing and an easy online booking system. It’s designed for time-poor vehicle owners who want to avoid the inconvenience of traditional workshops.

The rebrand is under way and will be supported by a targeted advertising campaign in Auckland, with plans to expand nationwide as more mobile servicing vans hit the road over the next 12 months. The campaign is being fronted by Tina From Turners.
