Subaru of NZ has held its first customer lifecycle services conference with its parts and service managers meeting at Hampton Downs Motorsport Park.

Last month’s event saw attendees enjoy practical experiences with the marque’s latest model line-up, both on-track and off-road.

They also took part in seminars intended to inspire them as they navigate through the transitioning landscape of New Zealand’s automotive industry.

Robust workshops with discussion were held on different approaches with a focus on helping maintain the collaborative culture that has been developed.

Wallis Dumper, managing director, and lifecycle services manager Philip Maltby acknowledged all the efforts of the dealers present over the years, with special mentions given to Southern Motor Group, Queenstown Motor Group and Armstrong’s Lower Hutt for their ongoing efforts.

The company also acknowledged the outstanding performance of two Subaru authorised parts and service centres with awards.

Sublab Whangarei owners Warren and Toni Hardy received the sustained success award for decades of excellence and performance, while Sean Cuthbert from Morrell Motors was presented with an exceptional service award for customer experience.
