New Kia Australia CEO
As part of a global restructure, president and chief executive of Kia Motors Australia, Woong (Ben) Hur has returned to Kia's Seoul headquarters just nine months into his tenure.
Hur has been replaced as president and CEO by Joonsu (James) Cho, pictured above, who takes up the role immediately.
“I am excited by the opportunity and looking forward to continuing the outstanding work of those who have gone before me,” said Cho.
Cho has most recently spent nearly two years as team leader for the Kia Western Europe support team and prior to that, he was the chief executive coordinator for Kia UK for six years.
Cho joined the Hyundai in 1992 after graduating with an MBA from Michigan State University.
