Car giveaway takes hilarious turn
A half-naked man stumbled into a live car giveaway being broadcast in Australia, leaving a panel of TV presenters in hysterics.
The hilarious moment came when Falziah Cooper, from Perth, was being told she had won a new Hyundai Kona as part of last month’s Channel 7 Perth Telethon.
The mother of four was excited to see AFL legend Shane Crawford and Katie Brown, a presenter on TV show Sunrise, on her doorstep to hand over the vehicle, reports PerthNow.
Hearing the commotion, her son, Amir, peered through a doorway wearing only a towel and nearly stole the show.
Crawford and Brown dragged him in front of the camera, leaving the Telethon panel watching from Perth’s RAC Arena in stitches.
Cooper and her son, still wet from the shower, then hopped into the car with the presenters as the high-spirited fun, as shown on Channel 7 and 7News below, continued.
