Previous automotive service advisory experience, workshop control, or similar automotive customer support experience

The Role of Service Adviser: You will be the face of our service department, ensuring every customer receives a seamless and exceptional experience. Your key duties will include:
- Customer Service & Communication: Greeting customers warmly, actively listening to their vehicle concerns, and clearly explaining technical issues and recommended services in an easy-to-understand manner.
- Workshop Coordination: Efficiently scheduling service and repair appointments, liaising with our team of technicians to manage workflow and meet promised timeframes.
- Vehicle Assessment: Conducting vehicle check-ins, performing multi-point inspections, and accurately documenting vehicle condition and customer requests.
- Quoting & Invoicing: Preparing detailed and accurate estimates for parts, labour, and time, and managing the final invoicing process upon job completion.
- Follow-up & Relationship Building: Proactively updating customers on the status of their vehicle and following up post-service to ensure complete satisfaction and build long-term loyalty.
- Parts Liaison: Coordinating with the parts department to ensure required components are available for scheduled jobs.
The Skills and Experience required.
About You: To excel in this role, you will have:
- Previous automotive service advisory experience, workshop control experience, or similar automotive customer support experience.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with a genuine passion for helping people.
- A strong technical understanding of vehicles and automotive servicing.
- Superb organisational skills and the ability to multitask in a busy environment.
- Good general IT skills and ideally Dealer Management Systems knowledge DMS
- A proactive, problem-solving attitude and a strong team ethos.
