The dealership is seeking a New Vehicle Sales Manager, due to the impending retirement of the current Sales Manager. This represents a unique opportunity to build on the strong sales foundation that already exists, and to be supported into transitioning into this influential role. To be considered for this position, you must have had a successful career as a Sales Team Leader or Sales Manager in an automotive dealership selling new vehicles.

It is essential that you are highly personable and likeable, someone who has a natural and genuine manner. You must be a high achiever, someone who has demonstrated consistent sales delivery against agreed targets. You will also need to be able to show that you can build and maintain business and community networks to support your sales role.
