Giltrap welcomes MG to fold

The Giltrap Group has announced MG will be joining its stable of automotive brands when a new dealership opens in Auckland on September 1.

Giltrap MG will operate from 82 Great South Road, Epsom, and the group says it is part of its efforts to allow more Kiwis to drive zero-emissions vehicles.

The opening also coincides with the New Zealand launch of the Chinese-English marque’s seventh model, the MG4 EV.

Dane Fisher, retail chief executive and chief marketing officer, adds: “Giltrap Group represents the world’s best automotive brands and MG is an outstanding addition to our portfolio.

Work is also under way on a new purpose-built Giltrap MG dealership at 48 Great South Road, which is scheduled to open its doors next year.
