Dealership to open second site
An Auckland dealership specialising in premium European and American performance vehicles is preparing to open a second site in the city.
Sunday Drive, which also imports vehicles from Japan, North America and the UK, currently operates from premises in Church Street, Penrose, and is preparing to open a second dealership in Mt Wellington next month.
It will take over a property in Mountwell Crescent that has been the home of Auckland City Toyota’s Mt Wellington branch, with the latter now moving to a neighbouring site.
Sunday Drive dealer principal Taylor Campbell says having two locations means the Church Street site will showcase high-end vehicles and the Mt Wellington operation will focus more on mid-range cars.
It also plans to expand its Penrose premises after recently securing a neighbouring site.
