Teaming up ‘natural fit’
Yoogo Fleet has added mobile servicing to its Digital Concierge platform through an exclusive partnership with Turners Servicing & Repairs. It means drivers can have cars serviced or repaired at home or work.
Digital Concierge, the first automated fleet-servicing platform built by a fleet company in Australasia, comes as standard with every Yoogo Fleet vehicle.
Launched in March 2026, it uses real-time telematics to cut the time to co-ordinate a service or warrant of fitness (WOF) from 45 to 60 minutes of calls, and follow-ups down to around two minutes with owners booking directly from their mobile device.
Yoogo Fleet manages vehicles nationwide for businesses ranging from small operators to large corporates.
Turners Servicing & Repairs is now one of the local service provider options that the platform uses for drivers across Auckland, Hamilton, Tauranga and Wellington.
A mobile service van goes to the driver at their office or home. For businesses, that means less downtime and one less thing to chase to keep the fleet safe and on the road.
Whether a company runs two vehicles or 200, the aims are the same – less time spent on fleet admin and more time running the business.
