Swimmer runs in car’s bubble

One of Hyundai's latest eco-friendly cars, the Nexo, is a hydrogen fuel cell-powered SUV that the marque claims only emits water and oxygen.

To prove this, Hyundai España’s YouTube page has posted this video of Mireia Belmonte, an Olympic swimmer and brand ambassador, running in a bubble filled with its emissions.

The vehicle’s adoption has yet to be guaranteed because of the lack of proper fuel-cell infrastructure. Despite Hyundai saying it only emits water and 99.9 per cent filtered oxygen, the marque still had the Spanish National Centre on Hydrogen and a sports medical centre on-board to ensure filming was safe, reports Interesting Engineering.
