Shopper’s car park calamity
An animation that shows a shopping trip going horribly wrong for a man after he taunts a barking dog in a parked car has left millions of people worldwide in laughter.
The man is seen carrying his groceries before getting a fright as the pooch bears its teeth and starts to yap ferociously at him.
With the dog apparently trapped inside the car, the shopper begins to taunt and goad it until it discovers how to operate the electric windows and looks set to pounce.
The man then makes a desperate getaway as the skit from British-based Birdbox Studio comes to a witty end.
The animation has been viewed more than eight million times on YouTube and won the Public Choice: Favourite Film 1 category in the 2024 British Animation Awards.
