New sales boss at Skoda NZ
Skoda New Zealand has appointed Jason Jarvis, who has more than 30 years of experience in the automotive industry, as its new national sales manager.
Jarvis, pictured, took up the position within European Motor Distributors this month after spending the previous two years as dealer development manager at Volkswagen New Zealand.
He replaces Chanelle McDonald in the Skoda role after she became general manager of Volkswagen NZ for passenger cars in August.
Before that, Jarvis was the managing director and trainer for his own company, JMIS Training, based in Auckland.
The business provided professional sales, management and leadership training for motor vehicle dealers and distributors.
He has also worked in the past for the likes of Isuzu Utes NZ, Continental Cars BMW, Continental Cars, and City and West Auckland Nissan.
