New hogs released for 2025

Harley-Davidson has revealed all-new and refreshed motorbikes for its 2025 line-up.

New to its diverse range is the Street Glide Ultra, pictured above, a fully equipped long-haul tourer.

The 2025 Harley-Davidson Cruiser collection includes six models with significantly revised performance and technology features.

The powerful Sportster S has been updated with revised suspension for enhanced comfort.

And the limited-production Custom Vehicle Operation (CVO) collection includes three models and completes the most desirable portfolio of motorcycles “ever offered” by the marque.

These new Harley-Davidsons complete the collection of 2025 the brand’s Grand American Touring, Cruiser, Sport, Adventure Touring, and Trike motorbikes.

New 2025 Cruiser models

The Cruiser collection includes six distinctive motorcycles, each coming with new technology, elevated performance and refreshed styling.

They boast a new Milwaukee-Eight 117 powertrain and technology advancements, and utilise the Harley-Davidson Softail chassis with hidden mono-shock rear suspension.

The 2025 Cruiser line includes the Low Rider S and ST, Breakout, Heritage Classic, Fat Boy and Street Bob.

Street Glide Ultra model

The new Street Glide Ultra elevates the long-distance touring experience. It combines the comfort, technology, performance and design elements introduced on the 2024 model with new features intended to support two-up, long-haul travel for riders seeking freedom and adventure.

The new Sportster S

Underpinned by newly revised suspension, the Sportster S model is designed to deliver an “extraordinary riding experience rooted in the thrill of unleashing on-demand torque for an exhilarating blast of thrust and adrenaline”.

Its light weight, technology features and bold design will appeal to experienced and new riders as well as those ready to step away from the crowd.

Newly revised front and rear suspension offers a 60 per cent increase in rear-wheel travel without impacting seat height to improve comfort. Both front and rear suspension are fully adjustable for compression/rebound damping and preload.

Custom Vehicle Operation models

For its 26th annual installment, Harley-Davidson CVO offers riders three super-premium, limited-production models.

The Street Glide and Road Glide, pictured below, elevate design, technology and performance to meet the expectations of the most demanding and discerning bagger rider.

The CVO Road Glide ST model has been inspired by the Screamin’ Eagle Factory Team Road Glide bikes competing for the MotoAmerica Mission Foods King of the Baggers championship.

It combines an exclusive Milwaukee-Eight engine with high-performance components for a bagger that’s quick, fast and sophisticated.

Custom paint & graphics

Harley-Davidson Factory Custom Paint & Graphics offers premium schemes on select models.

When ordered through an authorised dealer, a finish is applied to components installed as the motorcycle is assembled.

The customer gets a motorbike with exclusive paint and graphics backed with a full factory warranty, and without the expense or downtime associated with the work being done by a third party.

Three offerings are available on select models. Each paint set features a special black tank medallion with chrome accents and mother-of-pearl textured background in purple or orange.

The “mystic shift” scheme offers a hue shift. It travels from a dark gun-metal to purple to blue to almost orange, and is especially apparent in full sunlight when walking around the bike.

“Firestorm” responds to a current trend for flame details. Harley-Davidson offered its first such factory scheme on the 1980 Wide Glide and it has reprised the look several times, notably on the 2011 Wide Glide.

The firestorm schemes feature a “ghost fade” or inner fade effect – the fade colour is slightly brighter than the basecoat. At certain angles, flames pop but are subtle in others. They are available in two colours – midnight and whiskey.
