McLaren Automotive has unveiled George Biggs as its commercial executive director.
Biggs has been with the company for nine years. He was most recently managing director for its Asia-Pacific and China region, which includes New Zealand.
He assumes responsibility for global sales and operations as well as overseeing the company’s bespoke division, McLaren Special Operations (MSO), and after-sales.
Biggs, pictured, had been based in Asia Pacific since 2014 when he took up the position as the head of sales and operations there. During this time, he oversaw the successful launch of six new models, including the award-winning 720S and the iconic McLaren Senna.
