The opportunity: Design and deliver learning initiatives supported by a small dedicated P&C team, within an expanding business. This is an important role, reporting to the Manager – People & Capability, contributing to our strategic direction of organisational growth through targeted L&D interventions.
The person: An innovative and experienced L&D professional, skilled working across the full ADDIE model and the 10-20-70 learning framework. You will have experience in conducting detailed learning needs analyses and turning analysis into the right learning solution, keeping the learner experience front of mind. As the sole L&D Specialist you’ll work closely with senior managers and key stakeholders to truly understand the business and shape appropriate learning solutions.
Ideally, you’ll be familiar with technical training in addition to soft skills, however you will be ‘a go getter’ and ready for your next career move.
It is anticipated you will bring:
3+ years’ experience in design, delivery, facilitation and evaluation of training programmes.
Proven ability forging and maintaining strong internal and external relationships at all levels.
Experience with Leaning Management Systems, content creation, administration and management.
Successful management of key learning projects and initiatives.
Knowledge & experience of current learning technology (e.g. webinar, interactive classrooms, e-Learning, etc.)
