Jaguar bites back at rival

Jaguar got its claws out and had some fun when attacking one of its main rivals with a parody commercial.

It created the advert below in response to Mercedes-Benz’s “magic body control” campaign, which showed chickens being moved around by a white-gloved handler to simulate how the German marque’s active suspension works.

Jaguar tapped into the chicken theme just a few months later but its commercial from 2013 also features a dancing scientist and a big cat. 

Despite the upbeat soundtrack there is a surprise end and the punchline: “Magic Body Control? We prefer cat-like reflexes”.
