Global network enters NZ
The Fix Network is expanding into New Zealand by opening its first Fix Auto Collision location.
Fix Auto Penrose in Auckland is owned and operated by Dean and Emma Letcher, who have more than 25 years of combined experience in the collision-repair industry.
Their centre introduces the Fix Auto model to the Kiwi market by combining local ownership with established operational standards.
“Entering New Zealand is an important step for our network,” says Steve Leal, president and chief executive officer of the Fix Network. “Dean and Emma bring strong experience and a clear commitment to quality. We’re looking forward to growing the Fix Auto presence in this market alongside them.”
Fix Auto Penrose is the first in a series of facilities planned by the brand with a further three collision centres anticipated to open within the next two months.
The introduction of Fix Auto builds on an existing foundation in New Zealand through Novus Glass, which has operated here for decades and joined the Fix Network in 2017.
With more than 60 locally owned locations nationwide, the Novus team will support the development of Fix Auto in the market.
“We’ve built Novus Glass around local ownership and consistent service,” says John Armstrong, managing director of Novus Glass NZ and Fix Auto Collision NZ. That same approach will guide the growth of Fix Auto, starting in Auckland.”
The addition of Fix Auto Penrose brings Fix Auto’s global network to more than 875 locations across 10 countries.
The Fix Network describes itself as a global leader in repair and restoration services for vehicles, homes and businesses, supporting a growing family of locally owned and operated brands in collision repair, mechanical services, glass care and property restoration.
Its portfolio includes Fix Auto Collision, Fix Auto Service, Novus Glass, ProColor Collision, Speedy Auto Service, Speed Glass USA, SRP Products, Novus Polish and Fix Nation Restoration.
The Fix Network has more than 2,000 points of service worldwide and has its headquarters in Canada.
