Cars made of food prank

An American comedian and actor had fun while trying to convince members of the public at a car show that some of the vehicles on display were made of food.

Kenneth von Burmeister pranked visitors to the event at the Javits Centre in New York City and their reactions were captured on camera.

In the video posted by 2 Buffoons, he suggests some of the eco-friendly cars have unusual names such as Lexus Delicious or BMW Foodie.

The comic then goes on to claim the windows are made from fruit-based products and other parts from heated cheese, prompting punters to get up close for a sniff.

Von Burmeister even tells some people the models run on animal blood, which starts to raise their suspicions before he lets them in on the joke.
