Experts showcase SUVs from their homes
SEAT has responded to the temporary closure of its retailers across the UK by providing virtual tours of its model range from the driveways of a team of product experts.
The Live Showcase service enables UK customers to speak with a dedicated expert and experience the vehicle that they own or are interested in, without having to leave their home.
The virtual vehicle tour would normally take place at a dedicated facility, but with showrooms shut following government advice to prevent the spread of Covid-19, SEAT’s team is providing the service from their own homes.
SEAT’s Live Showcase aims to give people a personalised service and the product experts use video technology to connect with customers and live stream their model of choice via a mobile, tablet or desktop device.
Six SEAT hosts are currently providing bespoke live demonstrations of the brand’s SUVs or offering product advice and in one week they handled more than 200 calls.
