Entries are now open for the 2026 MotorSport New Zealand ClubSport Championships, which are being hosted by Ashburton Car Club.

This flagship event brings together grassroots competitors from across the motu for two action-packed days celebrating accessible, competitive motorsport.

The weekend of March 14-15 features three disciplines – motorkhana and autocross on grass, and bent sprint on seal.

The Saturday will see motorkhana and autocross competitions highlighting precision driving, car control and speed. The championship concludes the following day with the bent sprint, a fast-paced finale.

Documentation and sign-in is on the evening of the 13th. Early-bird pricing is available for full championship entries, which close on March 1, while camping is available at the clubrooms.

Competitors are encouraged to enter early and book travel and accommodation as soon as possible with strong demand expected for this popular event. Click here to enter.
