Car seller's hilarious parody ad

Wondering how best to clinch a used-vehicle sale? Well Canadian Reid Zandbelt’s parody ad may not be the way to go, although it does guarantee a good chuckle.

His efforts to flog a “superbly average” 2005 Chevrolet Cobalt, which he called Carmen, won him international headlines but he was knocked down from his asking price of C$799 and eventually sold the car for C$700.

Zandbelt filmed the spoof commercial as he needed to sell the vehicle before moving to New Zealand, where he now works as a filmmaker and photographer.
