Callister leaving MTF
Natasha Callister is leaving MTF to join Pernod Ricard New Zealand, one of the country’s leading spirits and champagne companies.
She joined the finance provider in February 2023 as chief commercial officer responsible for commercial strategy and performance, along with leading the sales and marketing functions.
Callister, pictured, will start in her new role as commercial director on April 20, and previously held roles at Pernod Ricard NZ between 2008 and 2011.
Her new employer says she has built a strong track record leading high-performing commercial teams and has a deep understanding of the New Zealand market.
Kevin Mapson, managing director, says: “We are delighted to welcome Natasha back to the Pernod Ricard team. Her broad experience, energy and commercial acumen will play an important role as we continue to unlock the full potential of our New Zealand business.”
Callister says she will remain actively involved in the car industry through her role of chair of Women in Automotive NZ, which she co-founded.
She is also a mentor at He Ira Wahine, the women’s mentoring programme at the University of Auckland’s business school, and here previous roles have included head of automotive at NZME.
