Brand looks to future

Kia EV Day, which takes place later this month in Spain, will showcase the brand’s latest electric models, concepts and technologies.

It will also underscore the company’s role as a “first mover” when it comes to platform beyond vehicle (PBV).

The company says the event on February 27 will present a vision of a “new paradigm” in EV usability with models that offer users “exceptional flexibility through radical modularity”.

The event will mark the global debut of the EV4, unveiled in concept form at the brand’s first EV Day. Pictured above is a rear-end teaser shot.

Then there will be the PV5, its first dedicated PBV, which was displayed as a concept at last year’s Consumer Electronics Show in Las Vegas. Kia will also present the Concept EV2, a compact EV.
