Ebbett Audi has been crowned the marque’s top dealer for 2021 at the annual Audi Excellence Awards.

The Hamilton business scooped the major prize and came away with a total of 11 gongs during a glittering awards night, which was hosted by comedian and TV star Dai Henwood.

Other big winners were Continental Cars Audi and Giltrap Audi, both based in Auckland, who collected a combined five awards between them

Dean Sheed, general manager of Audi New Zealand, says the Audi Excellence programme is about more than sales and aims to reward dealers and individuals that “deliver outstanding results across the metrics that we apply to customer service”.

“It is critically important that our customers are treated with the utmost care, and the challenges of 2021 provided an opportunity for our dealers and staff to really follow through on that focus,” explains Sheed.

“Congratulations to all of the winners for their outstanding performances in 2021. Especially, Andrew Unternahrer and the team at Ebbett Audi – it is a fabulous result for their hard work throughout what was a difficult year for everybody with omicron and global shortages.”
