Organisers of T-Tech24 are calling for abstract submissions to be considered for presentations and posters at the future transport conference being held in Auckland this year.

The event, taking place at the University of Auckland on June 25 and 26, will bring together decision-makers, experts, innovators and researchers for a forum and exhibition on intelligent transport systems (ITS).

The two days will feature about 45 presentations and keynotes, posters, an exhibition and networking opportunities.

T-Tech24 is organised by ITSNZ and described as an opportunity to “discuss game-changing, transport technology solutions to accelerate better outcomes for our communities, environment, and economy”.

Topics for this year’s conference are:

• Public and shared transport technologies and solutions
• Demand management and road user pricing
• Electric, connected and automated vehicles
• Data, AI, analytics and cybersecurity
• Technologies for safer and resilient infrastructure
• Smart transport modelling, operations and asset management.

The deadline for submissions from people or organisations wanting to give presentations or display posters is March 11.

“T-Tech is a great opportunity to share your innovative products, solutions or research and generous discounts are available and awards are available at the conference for best presentations and posters,” says ITSNZ.

“Your abstract should be concise, informative and outcomes-focused. In 250 words, tell us about your innovative technology, tech-enabled solutions, progressive projects, or research and how it helps address transport efficiency, safety, sustainability, resilience, equity, and accessibilty.”
