Wholesale trading tool launched
AutoTrader, in partnership with 4 Media, has launched Dealer Trade Network (DTN) – a tool to help facilitate wholesale trades between traders.
DTN revolutionises vehicle wholesale trading by giving dealers national awareness of, and access to, thousands of used cars traded in every month.
Since its launch last month, dealers have continued to sign up DTN, with users already commenting that they see one of the benefits as being the ability to quickly wholesale any trade-in they wouldn’t normally sell themselves.
As more stock is added to DTN, the tool will easily become a great source for locating additional stock when dealers don’t have exactly what a customer is looking for.
By setting up notifications, traders are alerted immediately when new stock has been added. “Our notifications built into the system allow dealers to be notified whenever a vehicle matching their search criteria is added to the system,” says Richie East, dealer manager with Autotrader.co.nz.
Dealers are currently being offered a special sign-up rate for a limited time. Any trader will get their first three months for free and pay only $49.99, plus GST, per month for the remaining three months.
