  A driver in Chicago tried to flee after bumping into a cab. The cab driver's having none of it! The cabbie pulls a baton out of the car and tries to stop the 20-year-old driver. Witnesses say he was asking for insurance information The driver decides to flee - but oncoming traffic prevents the driver's escape. But the driver doesn't get far - slamming into several cars on the way, and was arrested and charged by Chicago Police.
