VIA sets date for key meeting
The Imported Motor Vehicle Industry Association (VIA) has announced it will be holding its annual general meeting (AGM) in Auckland on July 20, with the event set to be live streamed for members who can’t get there in person.
The AGM will take place at the Autohub NZ boardroom at Unit 21, 102C Hobsonville Road, West Harbour, from 2pm.
VIA has sent out an alert advising members that any proposals or matters of business they wish to have considered at the AGM must be forwarded to the board’s chairperson at info@via.org.nz no later than 10 working days prior to the meeting.
The email notification sent out on May 30 adds that notices with agenda, minutes of the 2022 AGM and the annual financial report will be made available on the VIA website on June 6.
Live streaming details for the AGM will be advised by email and in the notices on the website by July 1.
