V-Series set for NZ
Cadillac has confirmed its first electric SUV to earn the V-Series badge – the 2026 Lyriq-V.
Launching in early 2025, the model pushes the “performance pedigree of the V-Series sub-brand to new heights”.
The marque will offer it in select markets around the world in left and right-hand drive including the US, Canada, Australia and New Zealand. More markets will be announced at a later date.
“The Lyriq-V is a remarkable representation of the luxury, performance and innovation prowess that are the foundations of the brand,” says John Roth, vice-president of Global Cadillac.
The V-Series, which celebrated its 20th anniversary in 2024, is Cadillac’s sub-brand that serves as a benchmark for “performance and innovation” for General Motors.
In the EV era, V-Series vehicles will be characterised by “exceptional performance, instantaneous acceleration, competitive range and standard all-wheel drive”.
