Update for inspection rules

The NZ Transport Agency has released a number of amendments to the Vehicle Inspection Requirement Manual (VIRM) for used entry certification, with updates on exhaust emissions and compliance with Australian Design Rules.

The agency notes the revisions issued on April 10 provide new information on how to obtain evidence of compliance for emissions standards for phase-in dates in the future, plus some corrections to the April 2024 amendment.
