Turners hails most-trusted gong

Turners is celebrating a raft of recognition across its business in recent weeks, including being voted New Zealand’s most trusted used vehicle dealership by Reader’s Digest for the fourth year in a row.
The company took the honour, which is based on the views of 1,700 Kiwi consumers, ahead of the highly commended Enterprise Motor Group and 2 Cheap Cars.
Greg Hedgepeth, chief executive officer of Turners Auto Retail, says: “I could not be happier with the efforts of the blue team to deliver for our customers.
“To win four times in a row really underlines the great work we’re doing in this space. We are very proud of our hard-won reputation, and will continue to work hard to keep it.”
Turners also enjoyed success in the 2023 BuyerScore Awards with its operations in Whangarei, Hamilton Te Rapa, New Plymouth and Invercargill among the top-rated dealerships.
Nine individual staff also gained recognition in their regions as part of the awards that recognise great customer service based on ratings from the public.
