Trade Me updates dealer packages
Trade Me Motors has announced an evolution of its dealer solutions and packages, detailed in a new video for its dealer clients.
In the video key stakeholders from Trade Me Motors’ client and industry team outline a vision to move beyond its core function as a vehicle-listing service and into a high-performance improvement platform, designed to provide dealers with unprecedented tools for market intelligence, operational efficiency and buyer engagement.
The announcement highlights a suite of new benefits across all dealer packages, developed directly from industry feedback. The goal is to help dealers sell more vehicles with greater profit by leveraging data and creating new ways to connect with customers.
Two of the most exciting features, Watchlist Activator and AutoGrab Recapture, are new to Trade Me.
Included in the Ultimate and Premium packages, the all-new Watchlist Activator answers dealers’ calls for a way to engage directly with passive buyers. It allows dealers to proactively send direct, time-limited offers to every user who has “watchlisted” their vehicle. This creates urgency and converts passive interest into an immediate lead, giving dealers a powerful advantage in winning the one-in-five chance for a sale among a buyer’s considerations.
Then, exclusively for the Ultimate package, AutoGrab Recapture transforms a dealer’s sales history into a real-time sourcing pipeline.
This feature alerts dealers the moment a vehicle they previously sold is re-listed online. It provides a perfectly timed opportunity to buy back known, desirable inventory and re-engage with past customers or new prospects who may be in the market for a vehicle.
Further enhancements have been rolled out across other packages. The Premium package now includes AutoGrab’s most powerful module, Delve, offering deep market analysis to guide purchasing decisions.
The Enhanced package is bolstered with real-time pricing and sourcing modules from AutoGrab, taking the guesswork out of valuations and stock acquisition. And even the Lite package now includes the MyListings module to help dealers take swift, data-driven actions on slow-moving inventory.
Additionally, Trade Me Motors has made significant inroads in improving wider industry relations, engaging with more OEMs and industry bodies than before to help facilitate better outcomes for the automotive sector.
The client and industry team is also now better resourced to best deliver the level of service dealers have been asking for.
Jayme Fuller, Trade Me Motors client and industry director, says: “Dealers have told us the challenges they face and these new products in our package offerings are a direct response to that.
“These upgrades represent Trade Me Motors’ continued commitment to being an improvement partner beyond vehicle listings, providing the tools, insights and support necessary for dealers to thrive in an increasingly competitive market.”
