Top for safety picks
Hyundai Motor Group leads the way with most gongs in annual awards.

The Insurance Institute of Highway Safety in the US has honoured 16 Hyundai, Kia and Genesis models with its prestigious 2024 top safety pick and TSP+ awards — more than any other carmaker.
“Hyundai Motor Group is proud to have earned the industry leadership position in these award results,” says Brian Latouf, president of Hyundai Motor Group.
“Safety is foundational for our vehicle designs as demonstrated by obtaining the industry’s best safety accolades for 16 of our products.”
Hyundai Motor and Genesis each secured seven awards, and Kia earned two gongs.
