Taking on director role

Christina Twelftree has joined Ford Australia and New Zealand to replace communications director Matt Moran, who is moving to a new role based in Bangkok.

Twelftree, pictured, first joined the blue oval in Shanghai in 2016 as part of the brand communications team. In late 2018, she shifted to the US where she took on multiple responsibilities, including leading communications around the Michigan Central Station project – a new mobility hub for Ford Motor Company.

For the past few years, she has been an integral part of the CEO communications and investor relations teams. Prior to joining Ford, she held key roles at Alibaba in China and Ogilvy.

In her new role, Twelftree report to Sinead Phipps, communications director of Ford International Markets Group, and is responsible for all aspects of communications across New Zealand and Australia.
