Position filled at Geneva

Geneva has appointed Steven Te Waiti into the role of head of lending and sales, taking responsibility for the growth of the company’s dealer-broker and direct-lending portfolios.

Te Waiti, pictured, who is a proven high-performing sales leader with an extensive background in motor-vehicle finance, will also be leading, coaching and mentoring the business development team.

Over the years, he has built long-term relationships with brokers and dealerships. He is keen to tackle this new challenge in which he can draw on his depth of experience in the industry, and make a “substantial contribution” to growing Geneva’s vehicle and personal loan portfolios.

He joins Geneva after spending the previous four years as group manager finance and aftercare at Eagers Automotive New Zealand. Other past roles have been with BMW Financial Services and UDC Finance.
