New face for finance firm

MTF has announced the appointment of Shane Millar as its new manager of national sales operations.

Millar, pictured, brings plenty of leadership experience after a 35-plus-year career in the automotive and financial services industries.

He previously spent nearly eight years at Yoogo Fleet, where he was head of commercial and head of sales. 

MTF says Millar’s new role will involve him enabling its franchise and dealer network “to thrive while delivering an exceptional sales experience to our customers”.

“The depth of experience Shane brings to this role will be instrumental as we continue to scale,” adds Natasha Callister, chief commercial officer.

Millar’s other past roles include year-long stints as business development manager for Cartrack NZ and dealer principal at Winger Motors North Shore.

He has also worked for Heartland Bank, Prestige Motor Group and the Giltrap Group.
