Broadlands Finance appoints general manager with more than 25 years of sales and lending experience.

Simon Moore says he is “thrilled” to have been appointed as general manager at Broadlands Finance.

He announced his appointment in a recent LinkedIn post, noting that Broadlands, a New Zealand-owned and operated business, has been running for more than 30 years and has “an incredible foundation”.

“My mission is to build on this legacy by spearheading a bold new era of growth and transformation,” adds Moore, pictured.

“We are committed to evolving our digital capabilities, product offerings and overall customer experience to ensure Broadlands becomes the go-to brand for motor vehicle finance in New Zealand.

“I look forward to working with our great team here, connecting with our industry partners and driving innovation within the Kiwi automotive landscape.”

Moore has more than 25 years of experience in sales strategies and lending operations, with previous leadership roles including a number of years as general manager at Geneva Finance and Quest Insurance.

Before that he was national sales manager at Assurant, formerly Protecta Insurance. Other past roles have been at MTF Finance, the Bank of New Zealand, Nissan Financial Services Australia, FleetPartners NZ, Custom Fleet, Winger Motors and GE Capital.
