MG reveals ute variants

MG Motor has confirmed the three variant levels and pricing for its all-new MGU9 in this country.

The range consists of the MGU9 Explore, Explore X and Explore Pro with maximum retail prices of $60,990, $63,990 and $68,990 respectively including GST and excluding on-roads.

Dean Sheed, country business manager for New Zealand, says: “With the MGU9 range, we have a line-up that combines comfort, capability and innovation in equal measure.

“Each variant delivers a versatile driving experience, whether it’s for daily commercial use, family weekends or tackling adventures off the beaten track. 

“From refined ride comfort and advanced safety features to smart design touches that make life easier, the MGU9 proves Kiwis no longer have to choose between practicality and innovation when looking for their next ute.”

The marque is encouraging pre-orders by offering a $1,000 MG Genuine accessory pack offer for the first 100 customers so owners an opportunity to option up their ute for work or play.

The MGU9 is the brand’s first venture into the commercial category. Engineered with strength and versatility in mind, it “combines the practicality of a work-ready ute with the comfort and innovation of a modern SUV”.
