Marques get set for Fieldays

Hyundai New Zealand has announced it will be unveiling its all-new Kona at this year’s Fieldays, which is being held at Mystery Creek near Hamilton from June 14-17.
The Kona, pictured, is set to feature among more than 40 vehicles the marque will have on display at the four-day event.
It is due to arrive at dealerships in the third quarter of this year and will be available in a range of powertrains, including full-electric, hybrid and petrol options.
Andy Sinclair, chief executive officer at Hyundai NZ, says: “We are confident that the Kona’s striking design, innovative features, and impressive performance will make it a popular choice among car enthusiasts and families alike.”
Hyundai is a partner and premium sponsor of Fieldays, which is the Southern Hemisphere’s largest agricultural event and an occasion used by many companies as a launch platform for new technology and innovations.
A number of other automotive companies will also be displaying their wares, including the local arms of Ford, Mitsubishi, Suzuki, Toyota and Volkswagen.
Hino Distributors, Ineos Automotive, Isuzu Utes, GMSV, and Mahindra New Zealand are also among the scores of exhibitors that will be at the 114-hectare Mystery Creek site.
