Marque hails dealer excellence
Mercedes-Benz New Zealand has celebrated excellence across its cars, vans and financial services networks at its annual retailer of the year awards for 2022.
Mercedes-Benz Botany was named retailer of the year and came away with the top accolade of the Circle of Excellence. The dealership’s Lee Li also won the sales consultant of the year award for pre-owned cars.
The retailer of the year crown for vans went to Keith Andrews Whangarei and the company’s Mac Sykes scooped the service manager of the year honour.
Retailers representing the different divisions of Mercedes-Benz NZ attended the recent dinner event at Auckland’s waterfront as gongs were handed out to hail achievements during a year when Mercedes-Benz Cars transitioned to a new agency business model.
Repeat winners included Victor Zhang, from Mercedes-Benz North Shore, who was crowned elite sales consultant for the third year in a row, and Akash Jagaroo, from Mercedes-Benz Wellington, who completed his own hat-trick as parts manager of the year for cars.
