Making EVs ‘more accessible’

MG Motor New Zealand has announced a range of offers across its electric vehicle (EV) line-up this month as part of the company’s “commitment to innovation and sustainability”.

It hopes the savings offered on EV running costs through the October campaign will simplify the transition to such vehicles and reduce the total cost of ownership for new buyers.

Harrie Yan, chief operating officer, adds: “At MG, we are dedicated to bringing more value to electric vehicle ownership.

“This latest offer is designed to make EVs more accessible to New Zealanders, emphasising our commitment to innovation and sustainability.”

Headlining the promotion is the MG4 Excite 51, pictured, being available at the reduced price of $38,990 plus on-road costs.

All ZS EV, HS PHEV, MG4 and XPower models also come with free road user charges this month for the first 50,000km.
