Insurer’s digital transformation

Provident Insurance has announced the launch of a new platform for its products after spending 18 months developing the digital system.

The company says Promis (Provident motor insurance system) will enhance its service delivery and product offerings.

Promis integrates the business’ existing systems and processes with a technology platform that allows for more innovation and customisation in insurance product design.

The move also aims to reduce operational costs, improve efficiency and enhance customer satisfaction.

Provident says the new platform will be more convenient for consumers by allowing online self-service and providing faster claims processing and lower premiums.

Steve Owens, pictured, chief executive officer of Provident Insurance, adds: “We are excited to launch Promis, the result of our commitment to providing the best possible system, service and products to our customers.

“Promis will enable us to be more responsive, flexible, and innovative in meeting the changing needs and expectations of our policyholders and business partnerships, as well as the challenges and opportunities we experience in the motor industry.”
