New logo, tagline and marketing for mainstay of parts and accessories sector.

Automotive parts and accessories company Repco has unveiled a new brand and marketing identity for New Zealand and Australia.

The 102-year-old company has refreshed its logo, tagline and marketing with a fresh look and message. The centre point of its new identity is the phrase “gets you goin”.

Wayne Bryant, chief executive officer, says: “For more than a century, we’ve been getting cars, people and automotive businesses goin’, and we’re celebrating this with our new voice.”

The company supplied the engine parts for Australia’s first Holdens. It also built the engine that powered Sir Jack Brabham to the 1966 Formula One title, and created a one-of-a-type research concept called the Repco Record in the late 1950s.

Repco also enjoys an extensive local motorsports history, which includes success in Formula 5000, Sportscars and Sport Sedan racing to now being the naming rights partner of both the Repco Bathurst 1000 and Repco Supercars Championship.
