Franchise secures double
Staff at a dealership in Auckland are celebrating the business taking out a top honour for the second year in a row.
Lexus of North Shore has won the marque’s prestigious supreme award for 2024, marking the second consecutive year it has received the accolade.
Mark Jago, chief executive officer, says the award is reserved for dealerships that exemplify the highest standards of performance, innovation and customer satisfaction across the entire enterprise.
It also celebrates leadership in sales and service, along with dedication to providing an “exceptional luxury experience”.
“We are truly humbled to receive the Lexus Supreme Award for the second consecutive year,” says Jago, pictured above with his team.
“This recognition is a direct result of the hard work and dedication of our team. It is an honour to be acknowledged by Lexus for our unwavering commitment to excellence and delivering an exceptional experience for every customer.”
Lexus of North Shore is also committed to giving back. One of its proudest initiatives is its long-standing involvement of the North Harbour Club and the AIMES Awards for the arts, innovation, music, education, sport and service to the community. This programme recognises and rewards remarkable achievements of young people.

“With 400-500 people usually in attendance, we are pleased to announce that seven of our AIMES alumni who competed at the Paris Olympics will be joining us at the March event.
