Forms and labels changing

Businesses in the automotive industry are being reminded that the price of Waka Kotahi certification labels and forms will soon change.
From October 1, in-service warrant and certificate of fitness, entry, specialist heavy vehicle and repair certifiers will need to use the new forms or labels, which have minor design changes.
Compliance visits by staff from the transport agency after that date will be used to check that the right labels and forms are being used.
“Please order new stock from Bluestar now to ensure you receive it before October 1,” says a spokesman. “From October 1, you can return all old stock, including part books, for a full refund by ordering a prepaid courier bag on the Bluestar portal.
“Returns courier packs are available on Bluestar’s website. Check sheets for inspections aren’t changing and you don’t need to return them. Remove and retain used carbon copy pages of certification and WOF and COF books before returning part books.”
