Event for industry women
Women in Automotive is hosting a career development and networking event sponsored by the Giltrap Group.
It is designed specifically for early to mid-career females working in the car industry. Speakers include Chanelle McDonald, pictured, general manager New Zealand for Volkswagen Passenger Vehicles, and career coach Liz Barry.
Also speaking will be Melissa Marshall, Giltrap’s human-resources manager, Stephanie Pow, founder and chief executive officer of Crayon, and Kim Milne, who is chief people officer at the ELF Group.
How to confidently chart a career path, taking charge of your professional development and navigating balancing family with a thriving career will be among that matters discussed.
The event takes place on October 19 from 4-7pm at the Giltrap Group, 119 Great North Road, Grey Lynn, Auckland.
