E-Tourneo Courier set for NZ

Ford has announced the all-new E-Tourneo Courier will be joining its New Zealand line-up with the company “aiming for arrival” in 2025.
The all-electric model makes electric-vehicle ownership “easy” with its full connectivity, advanced digital experiences and over-the-air updates.
The blue oval adds the E-Tourneo Courier “maximises space and practicality in a compact, city-friendly, five-seat multi-activity vehicle boasting distinctive SUV-inspired looks”.
The vehicle boasts a 100kW e motor, further enhanced using a selectable one-pedal driving mode. Motorists can choose from normal, eco and slippery modes.
It offers 11kW AC and 100kW DC options, and charge management is made easier with Ford’s end-to-end home-charging solutions, handy app and scheduling capability to take advantage of cheaper tariffs where available.
A typical overnight AC charge from 10-100 per cent takes 5.7 hours. At a DC fast charger, customers can add 87km range in 10 minutes and charge from 10-80 per cent in less than 35 minutes.
The multi-activity vehicle is developed to carry five adults and their luggage in comfort. Practicality is optimised by using a 60-40 split rear bench and it has more than 44 per cent extra boot space than the outgoing Tourneo Courier. Full Kiwi specifications and pricing will be released closer to arrival.
